3807466 - DMEEX Format CGI_XML_CT: Tags NbOfTxs Not Populated and CtrlSum Displays Zero in Payment File

Symptom

When generating a payment file using a custom DMEEX format created by copying the standard format IN_CGI_XML_CT, certain header tags are not being populated correctly. Specifically, the tag NbOfTxs (Number of Transactions) located under the path Document > CstmrCdtTrfInitn > GrpHdr remains empty and does not display the expected transaction count in the generated payment file. Additionally, the tag CtrlSum (Control Sum), found under the same GrpHdr node, is incorrectly populated with a value of '0' for all transactions instead of reflecting the actual total control sum of the payment batch. This behavior prevents the payment file from meeting the required CGI-MP XML format standards and may cause the file to be rejected during bank processing or validation.
