3807478 - Support Single Saving for Dependents

When user insert/update/delete a dependent, other dependents of the same employee are also impacted because the time slices are always shared. This result in many redundant time slices and unnecessary changes. Dependents can't be modified independently withouting chaning other dependents. 

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Select any dependents and click History
2. Select any time slice that is also shared to other dependents
3. Click Delete and it will delete all the transaction of that time slice for all dependents using it

You can't delete a time slice for one dependent, without impacting other dependents, because time slices are shared and this is currently a limitation

This will be enhanced to be possible for PPX, when PPX is universal
