3807508 - Application Error Occurs After Completing Assessment for Quick Apply Job Application - Recruiting

When a candidate applies to a Job Requisition with Quick Apply enabled, the candidate is redirected to an assessment after submitting the application.

After completing the assessment, the candidate encounters an application error, preventing the candidate from successfully completing the application process.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting

1. Log in to the External Career Site or create a new candidate account.
2. Apply to a Job Requisition with Quick Apply enabled.
3. Complete and submit the required assessment.
4. After completing the assessment, observe that an application error is displayed.

Candidate Redirection to 'My Applications' Page: When CX Apply is enabled, it is expected behavior for the candidate to receive the "Thank you for applying" pop-up and be directed to the My Applications page, where a To-Do task is generated to complete the assessment.

Automatic Redirection Expectation: Unlike the legacy RMK Mobile Apply or Quick Apply processes, this is the upgraded design standard for CX Apply. Candidates must manually click on the To-Do card to launch and complete the assessment. Once the assessment is completed, card will be removed automatically.
