3807526 - A new position is generated automatically and updated in IT0001 by BIB replication when Configurable Org Assignment is in use

A position is assigned in SF Employee Central and the position is populated in the employee's Payload XML, but a new position is generated and updated in IT0001 of the employee, instead of assigning the position maintained in SF Employee Central. 
You may see message in SLG1:"Pers.No. XXXXXXXX: Position is missing; Position XXXXXXXX created" - Message No. SFIOM_PROCESSING134
