3807536 - Error: "NP Employer/Employee Rate Should Not Be Less Than Permitted Rate" for Pure Old Pension employees in Infotype 0818

Symptom

After implementing SAP Note 3791881, the system raises an error when maintaining Infotype 0818 Subtype 1 for Pure Old Pension employees with the "Under LSA" checkbox selected and the following contribution rates:

  • Employee (EE) Contribution Rate: 6.00%
  • Employer (ER) Contribution Rate: 0.00%

Error message: "NP employer/employee rate 0.00 should not be less than permitted rate 6.0."
