3807596 - MDS_LOAD_COCKPIT dump due to duplicate key in table BP001 during customer to business partner synchronization

Symptom

  1. Executing MDS_LOAD_COCKPIT for Customer → Business Partner synchronization results in a short dump.
  2. Error message: Duplicate of primary or secondary key in table BP001.
  3. Customers exist in KNA1 but have no corresponding entry in BUT000.
  4. Table CVI_CUST_LINK has no records for the affected customers.
  5. Running reports Z_DEL_BPTAXNUMS or zcustomer_link_check_report does not resolve the issue.
