3807621 - F-53: difference postings field (RF05A-AKOBT) cannot be disabled; standard behavior and workarounds

Symptom

Unable to disable or hide the total of difference postings field (RF05A-AKOBT) in transaction F-53 (Post with Clearing). Attempting to control or hide this field via SHD0 is not possible because SHD0 indicates that F-53 is not a dialog transaction.
