Symptom

  • During simulation in the migration cockpit for legacy asset using the standard object "Fixed asset postings"
  • Error message FAA_POST  521 : “LDT not possible; Data on original acquisition is missing” (FAA_POST 521).

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Cause

The 'Acquired On' date and 'Capitalization' date in the asset master data are blank. 

Resolution

Please maintain the 'Acquired On' date and 'Capitalization' date in manage fixed assets app.
