3807779 - Cannot Delete Purchase Requisition after Rejection (Release Refused) in Flexible Workflow – SAP S/4HANA

Symptom

  • After a purchase requisition is rejected with status "Release Refused", it remains in the system but cannot be edited.
  • Deletion of the rejected purchase requisition or its items is not possible.
  • Behavior is observed in the Manage Purchase Requisitions Professional app and in ME52N.
