3807816 - Changelog export fails with invalid key or timeout (LeanIX)

Symptom

  • Changelog export does not complete or is perceived as not working for large time ranges.
  • The export email link returns the error: "This export has already been downloaded or the download key is invalid. Please start a new export."
  • Error payload observed: status: "ERROR", type: "PFBusinessLogicException".
  • The export appears to take a very long time, and multiple consecutive exports may queue with no option to cancel.
