3807849 - Compensation Widgets - Incorrect line break behavior with long values in Latest People Profile

Symptom

Compensation Widgets are not displaying correctly and the information appears overly condensed.
The issue is occurring in the Latest People Profile.
The problem has been identified post 1H 2026 Release.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Profile.

Reproducing the Issue

1. Login to system and search for affected user.
2. Navigate to Compensation Portlet > Compensation Information Card > Compensation Widgets > Total Compensation History.
3. Observe the graph is overly condensed.

Cause

If employee is working for organization from very long period of time, and for some years annualized salary of that employee has been increased almost 3 /4 times in each year which is not considered a usual use case. Ideally yearly once/ twice salary increase is being expected. So, this graph is showing incorrect.

This is Known Issue.

Resolution

Known Issue Post-1H 2026 Release

This behavior is a known issue following the 1H 2026 Release. The Engineering team is actively reviewing the root cause; however, a specific resolution date or release version has not yet been committed.

Temporary Workaround:

As a temporary measure, the Engineering team suggests adjusting the time slices accordingly and verifying the graph to see if it resolves the immediate display issue.

Next Steps:

We are monitoring this issue closely. This KBA will be updated immediately as soon as a fix schedule or release date becomes available.
