• Clicking the email download link for a change log export returns: PFBusinessLogicException
• Error message shown: "This export has already been downloaded or the download key is invalid. Please start a new export."
• Exported Excel file is empty despite a selected date range.
• Exported file contains only part of the requested period (for example, only the first month).
• Notification email is not received for some export attempts.
• Export shows an error in the browser when waiting on the page; leaving the page results in no email.
