3807870 - Export link 'already downloaded or download key is invalid' for full snapshot/changelog/archive exports in LeanIX

Symptom

  • After starting a full snapshot, changelog, or archive export, an email with a download link is received, but clicking it fails.
  • Error response appears: status "ERROR", type "PFBusinessLogicException".
  • Error message: "This export has already been downloaded or the download key is invalid. Please start a new export."
  • The issue occurs for multiple users.
