3807883 - Equipment can't be edited before device location change due to EQUZ time slice

Symptom

  • After changing a device location, a new time slice is created in table EQUZ and the equipment header “Valid from” date reflects the change date.
  • The equipment can no longer be edited or removed on a key date earlier than the device location change date.
  • A Plant Maintenance (PM) error is raised during the date check, for example message class IA 041 or IA 043.
