3807891 - Performance Management template not appearing in Weighted Rating Business Rule selection – SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals

Performance Management form template is not listed in the Configure Business Rules tool for Rule Trigger for Weighted Rating.form template.

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

1. Navigate to Admin Center >> Configure Business Rules.
2. Open the relevant Business Rule.
3. Try to edit the Rule Trigger for Weighted Rating.form template field value.
4. Attempt to select the Performance Management template from the dropdown list and observe it is not listed.

The Performance Management template dropdown in Configure Business Rules shows only templates for which the current user has Role-Based Permission to launch forms. The user does not have General User Permission > Permission to Create Forms for the target template.

1. Go to Manage Permission Roles.
2. Identify the permission role assigned to the user who configures Business Rules.
3. Edit the role and grant General User Permission > Permission to Create Forms for the target Performance Management template.
4. If needed, assign the updated role to the user or adjust the permission target group so the user is included.
5. Save changes and refresh the session.
6. Reopen Configure Business Rules, edit the Business Rule, and verify the template now appears in the selection list.
