3807916 - Goal Comments are Deleted When the Performance Form Autosaves

When entering comments to a goal in the goal section of a performance management form, the comment text is not saved when the performance form auto-saves

1. Open a performance form and select a goal from the goal section
2. Enter text into the goal plan comment field
3. Wait for the performance form to autosave and notice the comment text is cleared during the autosave 

This is a known issue that the development team is working on. 

This issue will be addressed in the 2H-2026 release.
