Symptom

  • /LTB/JOB_DISPATCHER is not scheduled or started after a recent system refresh.
  • Migration Cockpit–generated jobs are not processed; /LTB/JOB_QUEUE remains not emptied when a Migration Cockpit step is started.
  • Background job R_JR_BTCJOBS_GENERATOR runs hourly and completes, but an error is logged; the impact on dispatcher scheduling is unclear.
  • Issue observed after a system refresh.
