United State Federal Form W-4 SSN field not populated.

• Product: SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Log in as the candidate.
2. Navigate to the United States Federal Form W-4 compliance task.
3. Observe that the SSN field is not populated (for some users it may appear disabled/greyed out).

• Candidate SSN was missing in I-9 User Data.
• Candidate select Puerto Rico as a country which is incorrect.

1. In Admin Center, open Manage Data.
2. Search for and open I-9 User Data for the affected candidate.
3. Verify whether the SSN field is populated.
4. If SSN is missing, enter the correct SSN and save.
5. Make sure candidate Country is correct.
