3807977 - Activated SAP Passport and Enabled Flow Discovery but there are no arrows connecting systems/services in Related Messages and Exceptions - Cloud ALM

Symptom

  • Recently activated SAP Passport via Note: 3259248 - How to activate the Collection of SAP Passport in SAP Cloud ALM, for IDoc Messages - SAP for Me 
  • The systems are visible and marked green if the message was passing trough them
  • In the documentation for LeanIX, Enabling Discovered Flows, there are directional arrows between the systems, but the arrows are not seen in customer's Integration and Exception Monitoring
