3808005 - HTTP 400 Bad Request - Joule for Consultants

Symptom

  • Starting a Joule conversation in SAP Joule for Consultants returns a blank page with Bad Request error.

     
  • On an HTTP trace, we can see that request https://<subdomain>.<region>.sapdas.cloud.sap/resources/webclient/webclient.html fails with HTTP response 400 Bad Request.
