• SAP_LMDB_DOWNLOAD_CONTENT background job fails during CR content 22.4 import (delta).
• Error message: "Archive does not contain a ZIP file".
• Exceptions observed: CX_LMDB_IMPORT_REQUIREMENT_ERR; CX_LMDB_JOB_RETRY_INTOLERABLE.
• Job ends with: "Job canceled after system exception ERROR_MESSAGE".
• Prior full import succeeds; failure occurs when importing incremental changes of a small CR delta (for example, SAP_CR 22.x).
