Direct links to program sections do not work consistently; generated links forward to the Overview tab instead of the intended program section.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Open or generate a direct link intended to navigate to a specific program section.
2. The link opens the program but lands on the Overview tab instead of the targeted section.

This is a product defect.

1. Be informed that engineering has created a fix scheduled for the 2H 2026 release.
2. Plan to retest after the 2H 2026 release: Preview on October 12 and Production on November 13–14 (refer to the product release roadmap in the See also section).
3. After the production update, test program section direct links to confirm they navigate to the intended section.
4. If the issue persists after the 2H 2026 release, open a support case and reference this KBA.
