3808071 - Keyboard focus not set to content when opening Careers tabs; focus resets after "Search Jobs" action – SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting

• When opening the Careers tabs "Job Applications", "Saved Jobs", "My Candidate Profile", "Saved Applications", and "Referral Tracking", keyboard focus moves to the top of the page (for example, the site logo) instead of the tab’s content.
• On the "Job Search" tab, activating the "Search Jobs" button moves keyboard focus to the first element of the workspace instead of remaining on the button.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Home>Careers
2. Using the keyboard, navigate to the "Job Applications" tab and select it.
3. Press the Tab key and observe the current focus location.
4. Repeat for the tabs: "Saved Jobs", "My Candidate Profile", "Saved Applications", and "Referral Tracking".
5. Go to the "Job Search" tab and activate the "Search Jobs" button, then observe where focus moves.
