In SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, there is a requirement to create or update a pricing condition at outbound delivery header level programmatically.

When using API_OUTBOUND_DELIVERY_SRV_0002, no pricing condition entity or field is available in the API schema to maintain delivery header conditions.

The same requirement cannot be achieved using the delivery modification BAdIs LE_SHP_MODIFY_HEAD or LE_SHP_SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE, as pricing condition fields are not available for modification.

This scenario can occur, for example, when an external system or third-party warehouse provides a freight amount that needs to be maintained as a pricing condition in the outbound delivery.
