3808084 - Supplemental tasks not stacking with system-generated tasks on Latest Home Page - SAP SuccessFactors Platform

• Supplemental tasks in the same category are expected to appear in the same “stack” per documentation Creating or Editing Supplemental Tasks for the Home Page but do not stack on the Latest Home Page
• Two cards with the same title, display separately instead of stacking

• SAP SuccessFactors Platform HCM Suite

1. Log in and navigate to the Latest Home Page.
2. Observe that supplemental tasks are not stacked  even though the category is the same

• By design, cards stack only when there are more cards in the Needs Attention section than can be displayed in the default view (more than 4 cards).
• Stacking applies only within the same supplemental task category.

1. Verify how many cards appear in the Needs Attention section of the Latest Home Page for the impacted user.
2. If there are 4 or fewer cards, note that stacking will not occur by design, all cards will display individually.
3. If there are more than 4 cards, confirm that the cards belong to the same supplemental task category to allow stacking.
4. If more than 4 cards are present and cards from the same category still do not stack, contact support for further review.
