3808085 - Integration Center error Code 10 (HTTP 400) when selecting ExternalLearners entity

When creating a Scheduled simple file output integration in Integration Center and selecting the ExternalLearners entity, an error is displayed:

[Error Code: 10] An error has occurred, please contact the system administrator. Code: 10, Status: Bad Request, Status Code: 400

1. Access Integration Center >
2. Select My Integrations >
3. Click Create and select Scheduled simple file output integration >
4. Search for the entity ExternalLearners >
5. Check User ID and Username and click Select.

The external learning user feature is not enabled in this instance.

• When the external learning user feature is not enabled in the instance, it is expected to receive an error when trying to use related entities like ExternalLearners.
• To validate if the external learning user feature is enabled, navigate to Provisioning > Company Settings and look for the "Enable External Learning User" setting.
