3808107 - Flag And Tag Service Are Not Working

Symptom

Customer wonders how to activate flag/tag service and what is the real outcome from it:

"sap.crm.service.flagService"
"sap.crm.tagservice.uiapp.tag"

The expectation is to have the option to tag and flag at TI level, as it was in V1.

Environment

SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud Version 2

Resolution

Development team is currently working on the Flags and Tags feature.

We will provide the appropriate guidance and further details as part of the upcoming enhancements. The required changes are planned for delivery in a future release.
