3808108 - Reorder Point Planning heuristic with Shelf Life does not create a receipt before expiration date of the stock

Symptom

A copy of the Reorder Point Planning (SAP_PP_007) is created and flag "Plan with Shelf Life" is activated in the heuristic settings.

Despite this, when it is executed it does not generate a receipt even after the Shelf Life date of the existing Stock element is exceeded.
