3808132 - Candidate Redirected to Password Reset Error After Accepting DPCS for Job Referral - Recruiting

When a candidate is referred to a Job Requisition and completes the password reset flow through the Reset/Create New Password email, the process initially works as expected.

The candidate is able to:

1. Open the password reset link.
2. Successfully create or reset the password.
3. Accept the Data Privacy Consent Statement (DPCS).

However, immediately after accepting the DPCS, instead of being redirected to the intended Job Requisition, the candidate is redirected to an error page.

The following error message is displayed:

"This password has already been reset, or a newer password reset link has been sent to you. Please check your email for a more recent password reset link or request another password reset here."

The issue is observed when the standard token [[RECRUITING_ERP_JOBREFERRAL_URL]] is used in the referral email.

This behavior is observed in instances where RMK is not enabled.
