3808141 - Scheduled Web Intelligence reports remain in pending state due to LDAP failure – SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence platform

• All scheduled reports are in pending state; CMS logs show "Failure while binding to LDAP server" and "SecLdap Error: invalid parameters in LdapVerifyParameters()"
• LDAP authentication is setup in BI and reports are scheduled by LDAP users
• LDAP authentication is also failing, and users cannot login to the system
• The issue may happen after OS patching, with no changes to BI
