• Difficulty locating and updating Brazilian PIX key-related fields (PAYMENT_SYSTEM, BANK_ALIAS, ALIAS_TYPE) for suppliers via the OData API API_BUSINESS_PARTNER.
• When attempting mass update using Export/Import master data apps, PIX-related fields are not available; only fields observed are ALIAS_IS_USED and BP_BANK_GUID.
• Clarification requested on how to update PAYMENT_SYSTEM, BANK_ALIAS, ALIAS_TYPE via API and which tables/fields to use to update PIX data for Business Partner.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Use the OData API API_BUSINESS_PARTNER to try to create or update supplier bank data with PIX fields PAYMENT_SYSTEM, BANK_ALIAS, and ALIAS_TYPE.
2. Observe that these fields are not available in the API payload or entities, preventing maintenance via API.
3. Use the Export master data – Business Partner app to export supplier data and review available fields.
4. Observe that PIX-specific fields are not present; only ALIAS_IS_USED and BP_BANK_GUID appear.
5. Attempt import via Import master data – Business Partner and note the absence of PIX-related fields for mass maintenance.

In release 2608 of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, API_BUSINESS_PARTNER does not support the required PIX-related fields (BANK_ALIAS and ALIAS_TYPE; PAYMENT_SYSTEM is also not available), which prevents maintenance via API and their exposure in mass import templates.

1. For immediate needs, maintain the PIX-related data manually in the "Manage Business Partner Master Data" app.
2. Plan to adopt the API-based approach after upgrade: BANK_ALIAS and ALIAS_TYPE are planned to be available in API_BUSINESS_PARTNER starting with release 2702. After upgrading, review the latest API documentation and extend your integration to include these fields.
