• A Crystal report cannot be published and does not appear in the Reports section in one environment while it runs successfully in others.
• Issue affects all users; users can view other reports.
• Access roles such as Administrator and Calculation Analyst are assigned.
• Publication later failed with errors including: “47104 - Error: Publication {0} failed. Cause: {1} (1)”, “Failed to open the connection.”, and “40134 - Fatal error in ! Cause: {0}.”
• Operations logs indicate “Period folder name must not be null or empty.”
• A shortcut is visible in BusinessObjects personal folders, but no corresponding TAAS shortcut is created.
