3808182 - Incorrect Data in Responsibility Assignment Matrix / RACI Report

• The RACI (Responsibility Assignment Matrix) report shows an incorrect role as Responsible (R) for tasks in a specific swimlane.
• The role displayed in the RACI report does not match the lane name visible in the diagram editor.
• No incorrect role assignments are visible when inspecting the tasks directly in the process map.
• The issue persists after regenerating the report from the latest version of the process map.

The RACI report resolves role assignments based on the lane's underlying dictionary entry, not its display name. If the lane's Name attribute is renamed or the dictionary link is changed without updating the display name — or vice versa — the display name and dictionary entry can fall out of sync. This mismatch is not visible in the diagram editor, making it difficult to detect without inspecting the attribute panel directly.

1. Open the affected diagram in SAP Signavio Process Manager.
2. Select the swimlane displaying the incorrect role in the RACI report.
3. In the attribute panel, locate the Name attribute and check the linked dictionary entry.
4. If the dictionary entry does not match the lane's display name, remove the incorrect link.
5. Re-link the lane to the correct dictionary entry.
6. Regenerate the RACI report and verify that role assignments now reflect the correct values.

Workaround (if relinking alone does not resolve the issue):

1. Create a new lane and link it directly to the correct dictionary entry.
2. Delete the original incorrectly linked lane.
3. Reposition all tasks from the deleted lane into the new lane.
4. Regenerate the RACI report.
