3808234 - TIH rating is not removed after the learning history is Deleted from user profile

•  When a training is linked to attributes and item rating is enabled, the TIH competency rating remains in Talent Intelligence Hub after the corresponding learning history record is corrected or deleted in Learning
• Even when the underlying learning completion no longer exists, the user still retains the competency rating in TIH. 

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

• Link a training to attributes and enable the rating for the item.
• Record a completion so the competency rating is assigned to the user in TIH.
• Correct or delete the corresponding learning history entry in Learning.
• Observe that the competency rating remains in TIH for the user. 

Expected behaviour

It has been confirmed by the Product Management team that this is working as expected.

We have not removed the attributes after they are added just by deleting a completion. The rationale here is that once a competency is achieved, it is not undone by removing a history record. This is the expected behaviour and not a defect. 

If you require this to be implemented in the future road map of application in the admin side, you could raise this in the community portal via a new thread/query for an enhancement.

Enhancement: You could always raise this an enhancement request in the Customer community portal and with business reasons, our engineering team would look into this request based on the Kudos that it garners along with the reason of the request and they might implement. This usually takes time. Check KBA 2090228 that explains this.
