3808435 - Correction of a released Inbound LTSD is not possible

• After releasing an inbound Long-Term Supplier Declaration (LTSD), users cannot edit preference statements on the released LTSD.
• Users need to correct preference statements based on a supplier’s correction but are not using an LTSD request.
• Users want to create a new inbound LTSD based on an existing/released LTSD (template/copy) to adjust only specific agreements (for example, switching some agreements to Not-Eligible), but such functionality is not available.
