3808564 - Propose items based on the payment advice number

In apps like "Clear Incoming Payments," the automatic proposal of open items does not work when matching by payment advice.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the "Clear Incoming Payments" app.
2. Use Propose Items based on a payment advice.
3. Observe that no proposed open items are matched.

In the "Manage Payment Advices" app, the payment advice has not been populated with certain fields used for search, such as "Reference," "Journal Entry," etc.
Or there may be no open items in the system whose search field values and amounts match the fields and amounts in the payment advice.

1. Open the "Manage Payment Advices" app and locate the relevant payment advice.
2. Enter the correct fields used for search, like 'Reference' and 'Journal Entry' in the corresponding payment advice items.
3. Save the payment advice.
4. Return to the "Clear Incoming Payments" app and run Propose Items based on the payment advice.
