3808583 - Unable to create a performance obligation with deferral method 3 or 4 for OCM contracts

Symptom

  • Unable to create a time-based Performance Obligation (POB) when deferral method 3 or 4 is determined in BRF+ during inbound processing for OCM contracts.
  • Error message: FARR_CONTRACT_MAIN067 – Field Deferral Method of performance obligation has an invalid value 3 or 4. 
  • Using deferral methods 1, 2, F, L, or S allows the contract and POB to be created without this error.
