3808647 - HANA replication Re-registration fails — sr_cleanup --force Strips multidb Config on Secondary, Causing SingleDB/MultiDB Mode Mismatch

After performing hdbnsutil -sr_cleanup --force on the secondary (DR) site with SAP HANA stopped, subsequent attempts to re-register the secondary with the primary fail.

The nameserver trace on the secondary shows:

Error while loading libhdbbasement: exception 1: no.1000000 (Crypto/RootKeyManager/RootKeyManager.cpp:242)
Attempt to instantiate RootKeyManager for database ID 1 on a SingleDB instance;
