• The U.S. Department of Labor published a final rule on August 21, 2026, that discontinues the applicable Voluntary Self Identification of Disability Form form effective September 21, 2026.

Customers can disable this form through the Compliance Settings for the United States. We recommend disabling the form on September 21, 2026, when it is no longer applicable. No further action is required beyond disabling the form in Compliance Settings on the effective date.

In addition, engineering team is planning an off-cycle patch through our Media Services system to ensure the form is fully removed from the system. This patch will be implemented separately from our standard patching process.
