What happened?
     User ** in client  ** attempted to execute function module "QIWK_RUN"
      from function group "QIWK", but does not have the relevant RFC authorization.
     Error in the ABAP Application Program     

The current ABAP program "SAPLQIWK" had to be terminated because it has come across a statement that unfortunately cannot be executed.
