Symptom

  • The RBP Group Change Audit Report exported as a CSV file cannot be correctly parsed via Excel import.
  • Column data does not align with the report headers, and a very large string appears across multiple columns, preventing the data from being mapped correctly to the expected fields. 
  • The same CSV file opens and displays correctly when opened directly (e.g., by double-clicking) or viewed in a plain text editor.
