3808721 - SAP Netweaver JAVA HTTP and message server ports not reflecting in LMDB during SSI configuration

Symptom

  • HTTP and message server ports are not reflected in LMDB for multiple AS Java systems.
  • During SSI configuration, the prerequisite status is red and system monitoring data is not as expected.
  • Error in default trace during data supplier collection: “java.io.IOException: Server returned HTTP response code: 500 for URL: http(s)://<host>:<port>/msgserver/text/logon”.
