Symptom

  • Wave release and automatic warehouse task (WT) creation for an outbound delivery fail during stock removal.
  • Stock is a mix of full pallets and partial pallets; expectation is to pick full pallets first and then a specific matching partial pallet.
  • Error message: "Warehouse request ..., item ... must not be overpicked" (Message No. /SCWM/TO_WHR024).
  • Configuration uses sorting by quantity (descending) and rounding to available quantity.
