3808799 - Unable to upload attachments in Freight Orders with Attachment schema DFLT_ATS

Symptom

  • Unable to upload attachments in Freight Orders with Harmonized Document Management (HDM) solution in DFLT_ATS attachment schema
  • Document Type dropdown is empty in the Attachment tab.
  • When attempting to save an uploaded attachment, error CV_ATTACHMENTS 015 “Maintain Customizing for storage category” occurs.
  • A specific attachment type is expected to be visible with attachment schema DFLT_ATS, but none appears.
