3808819 - Staging Bay is not redetermined after TU assigned to new Door

Symptom

After a Transportation Unit (TU) is assigned to a new door with a corresponding staging bay, the staging area on the outbound delivery is not redetermined, and subsequent warehouse tasks are created for the original staging bay. This occurs even though no warehouse activity has started, no destination bin is maintained in the WPT, and the delivery door is correctly updated when the TU is docked.
