3808859 - Report HRSFEC_ESS_USER_UPDATE sets SU01 alias to user ID instead of Person GUID - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll

• Running report HRSFEC_ESS_USER_UPDATE creates SU01 users but populates Alias with the Employee Central user ID instead of the employee’s Person GUID (Per Person UUID).
• Payslip/mashup access is relying on Logon Alias mapping may fail if Alias is not the Person GUID. Error code ECP201.11 can occur in payslip when Alias isn’t the Person GUID.
• When RP_HRSFEC_IAS_USER_ALIAS_UPD is executed after aliases are already updated, the message “User ID is already maintained as alias with Person GUID. No action required” is returned.
