3808869 - API_CUSTOMER_RETURN_SRV returns HTTP 500 with code "CX_SADL_ENTITY_SRVICE_NOT_SUPP"

Symptom

When try to create a customer return via API API_CUSTOMER_RETURN_SRV with POST method. system is giving 500 error with code "CX_SADL_ENTITY_SRVICE_NOT_SUPP" and error "The requested service is not supported by entity CDS~A_CUSTOMERRETURN/A_CustomerReturn ITEM". There is no issue when, for example, to_PricingElement is provided inside the request.
