3808911 - If I want to update only one question, what are the mandatory fields that must be included in the import file?

Symptom

To update a single question, the import file only needs to contain the mandatory fields required for identification, including the KI_ID, as well as the fields for the question being updated. There is no requirement to include all existing questions and answers in the file
