Symptom

  • After upgrade to SAP S/4HANA, running CO transactions CAT7, KSV5, and KSU5 leads to a short dump.
  • Error: "The function module FM_CO_INTEGRATION_POST_ TRWPR does not exist."
  • Table TRWPR contains an entry referencing FM_CO_INTEGRATION_POST_ TRWPR.
  • The function module FM_CO_INTEGRATION_POST exists.
