3809103 - CREATE DATABASE AS REPLICA fails with "source has not configured matching SSL communication for SR"

Symptom

When copying a tenant database to another SAP HANA system using CREATE DATABASE ... AS REPLICA OF ... AT ..., the statement fails with error 7100011:

Database connection to the source database error: source has not configured matching SSL communication for SR
